How to use the new website!

Joining and Signing In to WAFTA!

Welcome to our new WAFTA website. We hope the instructions below help you easily join or sign in and enjoy the benefits membership provides. You will need to log in any time you want to pay your membership or register for a workshop at the discounted members only prices.

New Members

To join as a new member, click on the Join button on the front page of the WAFTA website and you will be redirected to our membership page "Become a Member".

Please complete the sign up form and enter your payment details. We provide two payment options:

  • Annual automatic renewal - your membership will be renewed automatically using the secure payment details you provide.
  • Annual manual renewal - you will be invoiced in advance of the next membership year

All payment information is encrypted and not visible to anyone. Payment options and details can be changed at any time by logging in as an Existing Member (below) and viewing your profile.

Existing Members

To log in as an existing member click on the Sign In button on the front page of the WAFTA website:

You will be provided with the login page. Use your email address and password and click on the Sign In button.

If this is the first time you have logged in, or wish to request a replacement password, click on Request Password and enter your email address in the box provided. Click on Request Password.

Go to your email program or app and look for an email from WAFTA with the heading "Your sign-in for WAFTA". If you don't see this email in your inbox please check spam or junk folders.

Once you have received your email you will see information similar to the image below. Write it down taking note of any capital letters, or select the text with a mouse or finger (mobile device) and copy.

Return to your web browser and the open WAFTA window. Now select Sign In and type in your email and the password (paste if you have copied it). Click the Sign In button

After logging in you will be presented with your account page where you may enter a new password, or change any of the information displayed. You may also change your billing options or sign out. Any time you are logged in and wish to sign out, return to the Home page in the menu at the top of the page and click on the My Account button under your name. As a point of note - clicking on the Billing button will show you all transactions you have made including membership payments and workshop payments.

Registering for Workshops

For any workshop you will need to sign in as a member to receive the members discounted price. Click on 'Sign In' and you will be able to enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password click on Request Password and enter your email address. Once you have received your new password (check spam/junk folders!) you will be able to use it to sign in and sign up. For more details follow the process above under Existing Members.

As an existing member your basic details will be pre-populated as soon as you log in, according to the information in your profile which you may edit at any time. You will need to provide your card details each time you sign up for a workshop, as we do not save any of this information.
