ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
The WAFTA Scholarship to attend Fibres West was established in 2014. The Scholarship enables a WAFTA member to attend the Fibres West 2019 residential week from July 7 - 13, 2019 at Muresk Institute. This merit-based Scholarship will provide $1000 towards the full-fee registration cost with the recipient contributing the balance of that cost. The recipient will also be responsible for any materials fees charged for their chosen workshop.
CRITERIA FOR SELECTION
The successful applicant will be a financial member of WAFTA both at the time of applying and at the time of participation in Fibres West 2019.
The applicant should be actively participating in the activities and events of WAFTA.
